Use of the converter

Use word2md.online only with documents that you have the right to process. The site is intended for practical document conversion, Markdown cleanup, and table formatting.

Unsupported use

Do not use the service to process unlawful content, attack the site, or attempt to bypass file size and availability limits.

Conversion results

Markdown cannot preserve every Word layout detail. Page breaks, fonts, comments, tracked changes, headers, footers, shapes, and complex charts may be simplified or omitted.

File and output limits

The first version focuses on single DOCX files up to the published size limit. Batch conversion, cloud storage, API access, and paid features are not part of this release.

Availability

The site may change, pause, or become unavailable during maintenance. Always review the generated Markdown before publishing it in production documentation.
